Amazon Prime’s Season 2 of The Rings of Power has been delayed! The upcoming Season 1 of The Rings of Power is in deep trouble. The majority of Tolkien fans from around the world have soundly rejected everything they have read or seen about the series.

Amazon Prime has moved all production from New Zealand to the UK for all upcoming seasons. And the studio, sets and sound stages as you will see in the video, are not even built to begin shooting on the original season 2 schedule which would have started in September 2022.

Prime studio has spent almost 5 years since they purchased the rights to make Rings of Power in 2017 only to dedicate $1 billion dollars to prioritize political messaging over mastering the story and focusing on creating the most faithful adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien’s Legendarium.

Netflix’s new Ricky Gervais comedy special, Supernature, comes under attack from every media organization and magazine for being a comedian and refusing to back down from making people laugh.

Comedians are part of the glue that holds society together and act as a thermometer to inform people the state of the culture. Can comedians take to the stage like legends from the past, such as Richard Pryor, Lennie Bruce and George Carlin, and say whatever they please or are they stuck to making knock-knock jokes.

Since, Amazon cannot rely on organic word of mouth to hype their Rings of Power series they switch to using heavy handed marketing techniques. Creating orchestrated overseas events to fly people to a screening in order to sway content creators to assure the public of the promise of Amazon Prime’s production.

Amazon Prime flew 30 Tolkien fans to the UK. A four day trip Amazon was only too happy to pay for. How a true fan of J.R.R. Tolkien can agree to even speak to Amazon Studios after what they admitted they are doing to the Legendarium, in the February Vanity Fair article, is stunning!

There are different types of fans for movies, shows and literature. You can be any type of fan you like. You can be the person who does not care if either George Lucas makes a Star Wars Movie or Kathleen Kennedy. It is your life to live how you choose. Yet, if you promote yourself as a true and tested fan of J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle Earth and you breathe the canon of his mythology like air – share your thoughts – is that individual a real fan, when Amazon has publicly stated they are forcing an agenda into the Rings of Power series that does not align with the Legendarium.

Netflix’s company is coming apart and their stock crashing but they spent time firing one of the greatest historic actors of 50 years. Frank Langella wrote an Op-Ed in Dradline detailing how he was fired from the Edgar Allan Poe series The Fall of the House of Usher because he touched an actresses fully clothed leg during a love scene.

Amazon Prime tries to recreate their Rings of Power Fake Superfan promotion except this time Prime is recruiting content creators and fan sites that promote themselves as true lovers of the Legendarium.

Amazon Studios is tempting these creators to turn their backs on J.R.R. Tolkien’s masterwork of mythology and embrace their Rings of Power series as not only canon but as the only true adaptation of Tolkien’s Middle Earth.

These creators will now have access to content from Amazon in order to push the series to everyday people, Mr. & Mrs. John Q Public who are unaware of Prime’s betrayal of Tolkien’s canon and masterpiece!
