Hundreds of artisans and craftsmen who spent money and resources to tool up in order to meet Prime Studios requirements for a 5 year production were dropped after season 1 finished. All the artists were given 20 minutes notice before Amazon Prime announced they changed their mind and moving to the UK.

Professor Tolkien would be the loudest voice of protest against Amazon’s tactics and values. Let alone the intentional butchering of his beloved Legendarium.

Netflix’s new Ricky Gervais comedy special, Supernature, comes under attack from every media organization and magazine for being a comedian and refusing to back down from making people laugh.

Comedians are part of the glue that holds society together and act as a thermometer to inform people the state of the culture. Can comedians take to the stage like legends from the past, such as Richard Pryor, Lennie Bruce and George Carlin, and say whatever they please or are they stuck to making knock-knock jokes.

Creating orchestrated overseas events to fly people to a screening in order to sway content creators to assure the public of the promise of Amazon Prime’s production.

Amazon Prime flew 30 Tolkien fans to the UK. A four day trip Amazon was only too happy to pay for. How a true fan of J.R.R. Tolkien can agree to even speak to Amazon Studios after what they admitted they are doing to the Legendarium, in the February Vanity Fair article, is stunning!

There are different types of fans for movies, shows and literature. You can be any type of fan you like. You can be the person who does not care if either George Lucas makes a Star Wars Movie or Kathleen Kennedy. It is your life to live how you choose. Yet, if you promote yourself as a true and tested fan of J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle Earth and you breathe the canon of his mythology like air – share your thoughts – is that individual a real fan, when Amazon has publicly stated they are forcing an agenda into the Rings of Power series that does not align with the Legendarium.

Why would anyone be against people freely speaking?
