Alleged Tolkien Fans bend the knee and kiss Amazon’s ring!

Amazon Prime flew 30 Tolkien fans to the UK. A four day trip Amazon was only too happy to pay for. How a true fan of J.R.R. Tolkien can agree to even speak to Amazon Studios after what they admitted they are doing to the Legendarium, in the February Vanity Fair article, is stunning!

There are different types of fans for movies, shows and literature. You can be any type of fan you like. You can be the person who does not care if either George Lucas makes a Star Wars Movie or Kathleen Kennedy. It is your life to live how you choose. Yet, if you promote yourself as a true and tested fan of J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle Earth and you breathe the canon of his mythology like air – share your thoughts – is that individual a real fan, when Amazon has publicly stated they are forcing an agenda into the Rings of Power series that does not align with the Legendarium.
